VIENNA TOWN COUNCIL (VIRGINIA) TO REVIEW PPP PROPOSAL FOR MIXED-USE BUILDING AND PARKING GARAGE

The Vienna Town Council will review a PPP proposal for a three-story mixed-use building and a parking garage.  The private-sector proposal was submitted under Virginia’s PPP guidelines recently adopted by the Town Council.  The proposal includes mixed-use structures, residential units and a four-story municipal parking garage.  Private-sector teams will have an opportunity to submit competing proposals within a defined period set forth under the PPP Guidelines.
